Property Inspection
View your shortlisted properties virtually from anywhere in the world, or arrange an in-person inspection in Kyoto with our team.

Make an Offer
Once you find the right property, we present your offer and negotiate the price and terms with the seller on your behalf.

Initial Deposit
When your offer is accepted, an initial deposit — often 5–10% of the property price — secures the property and confirms your intent.

Contract Signing
A licensed agent presents the Important Matters Explanation, and the sale and purchase agreement is signed by both parties.
07
Closing Payment
The remaining balance is settled on the agreed closing date, along with registration and brokerage fees.
08
Ownership Transferred
Property ownership is officially transferred and registered in your name. You receive the keys to your piece of Kyoto.
